Past: Ayman Safiah started dancing at the age of sixteen. In 2008 he won the American Academy of Ballet performance award (New York). One year later he joined Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance, London through a full scholarship and completed his three years training. During his final year of training he was selected to join Rambert Dance Company to preform for their National UK Autumn tour Seven for Secret. 2012 He was chosen by the legendary Dame Gillian Lynne to perform in her greatest West End and Broadway musicals of all times CATS and Dear World A Musical Fable. Ayman has also appeared in very strong and physical contemporary performances. Troy Game by Robert North, (Royal Opera house London), A Linha Curva (Lowry Theatre, Manchester), Olympic Opening Ceremony (Olympic stadium, London 2012). He also was chosen to take part in Nomads Dance Camp directed by Dina Abu Hamdan with choreographers Jorge Crecis, Taoufiq Izzediou, and Samar Haddad King (2014, Jordan).
Current: Ayman is currently touring Badke, a co-production between KVS, le ballets C de la B & A.M. Qattan Foundation and directed by Koen Augustijnen, Rosalba Torres & Hildegard De Vuyest; bound with YSDT directed by Samar Haddad King, and teaching Classical Ballet, Contemporary dance and Pilates, in local schools in Palestine. He is also taking part in a new exciting project non/static aesthetic as a rehearsal director.
