Kristin Osler
Originally from Ohio, Kristin graduated Magna Cum Laude with honors in dance and a minor in Visual arts from the Ailey/Fordham BFA program in New York City. She has worked with Johannes Wieland in New York and Germany at the Staatstheater Kassel, Miro Dance Theatre in Philadelphia, and Sara Shelton Mann in collaboration with David Szlasa in San Francisco. Kristin has performed with baroque master, Ana Yepes, at The Santa Fe Opera, in an Asheville, NC skate park with Janice Lancaster, and in a Memoria unitard with the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre. She recently assisted Susan Marshall and Naomi Leonard in a class at Princeton University, studying collective motion and site-specific performance. Currently, Kristin works with The Metropolitan Opera, Mark DeChiazza, her own idiosyncratic projects, and is proud to be a founding member of YSDT.
